The real estate industry has seen significant changes in the past many years, and it is paramount to Susan that she be on the leading edge of these changes. To stay on top of these changes, Susan has not just been a member but has also served in many key positions at the Santa Fe Association of Realtors. She has been an active member and Chairperson of the MLS, Technology, and Education Committees.  At the New Mexico Association of Realtors, Susan has been a member and Chair of the  Forms Committee, showcasing her strong leadership skills.  Susan also served as the 2020 President of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors.

 

In 2017, the Santa Fe Association of Realtors gave Susan the prestigious title of ‘Realtor of the Year,’ a recognition that is a testament to her excellence and dedication in the field.

 

Among her many accomplishments, Susan has earned the highest designation in the real estate industry: the Certified Residential Specialist. This prestigious credential, awarded to only five percent of all REALTORS®, is a testament to Susan’s advanced education, written exams, and extensive experience in Residential Real Estate. As an active member of the Council of Residential Specialists, Susan has access to the latest information in the field and a national networking system to aid in relocating clients, one of her specialties.  Susan’s other educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and an MBA.
